The San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department (SJCEHD) provides Certified Unified Program Agency (CUPA) Training Classes for FREE to all San Joaquin County Hazardous Waste, Underground Storage Tank, and Aboveground Petroleum Storage Facility Business Owners and Operators. Classes are presented by NES Inc. and are available on a regular schedule.
